Installing new programs

Before installing a new Program in your computer, please check that the Program will be compatible (designed for) your current Windows operating system. The box or the CD should have a logo similar to this indicating compatibility.
                                                

In doubt do not install. If confident, insert the CD disk in the CD drive and wait a few moment for the program installation screen to appear. Follow the steps presented and for the most part you should agree with everything that is presented to you. In other words say yes to everything (unless they are asking for money).

If the auto play of the CD does not start you can try to go to the Control panel (Start - Control Panel) and click on add and remove programs.
