1. Click on START
2. Click on ALL PROGRAMS
All Programs in your computer will be listed there.
3. Select and click on the program you want to open

To expand windows (horizontally or vertically, move the mouse to the window border. When the mouse arrow becomes a double arrow click and hold and “drag” the window border in the desired direction.
To move a window click and hold on the blue band on top and drag the window.
