To assist you with your computer problem(s) I need to take control of your computer.
It is recommended that you Print this page to follow the instructions correctly

1. Click HERE to install the CrossLoop Remote Assist application. Select RUN

3. Select your Language,
NEXT on the next screen,
Check mark on “I accept the agreement,
NEXT on the next screen, select INSTALL
Click on FINISH when it appears.
Close the: “Crossloop Now Available for Mac” window (if appears)
Close or Skip the: “Create Crossloop Account”

4. This small window will appear: CLICK ON THE “SHARE” TAB - Tellme the 12 ACCESS CODE numbers
       and finally click on the Connect green button.

5. Finally click YES on the next screen and wait. You will see the arrow of your mouse moving. I am doing that.
     Do not touch the mouse or the keyboard while I have control of your PC.
