IMPORTANT: do not start moving the mouse or pressing keys on the keyboard until all the “thinking” is done inside the computer. This may take between 1 to 2 minutes if the computer is new. If you see the hour glass next to the mouse arrow wait until it disappears

I have a Black SCREEN after I turned on the computer... This could be because you forgot to turn on your monitor.
If your monitor is on and you still have a black screen: Press and hold the power on/off button in the PC or laptop and hold it pressed for 5 seconds. You will notice the PC lights have all turned off. Wait 1 minute and try to power up again. If the screen stays black you have to ask for help. Call Carlos is one of the options...
