I hate to read manuals. Are there any tutorials in my computer that will teach me Windows and computing stuff....?

In windows XP there are many tutorials that will teach you basic and advance subject of your Windows Computing.
Click on START - Then HELP AND SUPPORT and in the white window the upper left corner where it says SEARCH type Tutorials and on SEARCH RESULTS (below) you will see 30 results found for TUTORIALS.
Start with “Take a Windows XP tour”. Try all the others as well.

Windows Vista also offers and expanded selection of useful tutorials. Click on the Vista logo on the lower left corner of your screen and click on HELP and SUPPORT.
Type Tutorials on the search window on top of this window. Then press ENTER on your keyboard.
A menu of 17 Tutorials will be presented to you. Start with Windows Vista demos and view all 14 topics. Then you can go back pressing the blue circle with a white arrow pointing to the left and located on the upper left corner of your Windows Help and Support screen. You can use those 2 buttons to go forward or to go back
